Funeral services for Allen H. Jones, 78, of Butler, will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church.   Burial will follow at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.  Mr. Jones passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon.  He was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Blue Bird Body Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howell Herbert Jones and Linnie Woodard Jones; three brothers, John Jones, James Jones and Sam Jones; a sister, Susie Fulcher; and a daughter, Debbie Childree.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Albritton Jones of Butler; one son, Ronnie Jones (Tammy) of Butler; son-in-law, Terry Childree of Reynolds; five grandchildren, Becky McInvale (Wayne) of Reynolds, Blair Perkovich (Bryan) of Warner Robins, David Jones (Jamie) of Butler, Shawn Jones (Selina) of Selma, AL and Ryan Peck of Malta, IL; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an organization of choice.

Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
