Richard Lavelle Stevens, 61, of Reynolds, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Medical Center-Navicent Health in Macon.   He was a member of Crowell United Methodist Church and was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation after 20 years of service.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lavelle Stevens and Frances Young Stevens; and a son, Edward Stevens. 

Survivors include a son, Jeremiah Stevens of Reynolds.

Burial will be private.
