Betty (Smith) Cochran

Memorial services for Betty Smith Cochran, 81, of Roberta will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Musella Baptist Church. Burial will be private.

Mrs. Cochran passed away on Wednesday, September 05, 2018 at Roberta Nursing Home.

She was a member of Musella Baptist Church, Lizella Order of the Eastern Star, and Roberta Crawford County Retired Educators. She retired from Crawford County High School and Atlantic Southern Bank.

Mrs. Cochran was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Travis Smith and Frances Smith Castleberry; husband, Robert Lee Cochran; granddaughter, Lauren Rebecca Baggett.

Survivors include one daughter, Robin Cochran Rushing (Robert E.) of Roberta; five grandchildren, Brad Baggett (Angela) of Forsyth,  Brandi Smith (Jamie) of Douglas,  Betti Monroe of Roberta, Nathan Rushing (Lyndsay) of Macon and Robin Smith (Dustin) of Florida; eight great grandchildren;  and one nephew, Brian Smith of Grey.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 until 3:00 at the church.
