Leila Dent

Graveside services for Leila Dent, 88, of Reynolds will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 11:00 am at Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.  Ms. Dent passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Summers Landing in Warner Robins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jeffie Childree; husband of 67 years Bobby R. Dent Jr; sister Sue Crook; brothers, Ed Childree, Hugh Childree, Quinton Childree and Cecil Childree.

Survivors include two sons, Danny Dent (Mary) of Reynolds and Sammy Dent (Mary) of Perry; six sisters, Vetra Brown of Oglethorpe, Lois Townsend of Warner Robins, Catherine Pie (Harmon) of Macon, Earlene Poole of Dallas, Louise Creecy (John) of Fayetteville and Verna Taunton (Tom) of Butler; two grandchildren, Amanda McKleroy (Kris) and Bryan Dent (Tonya);  four great grandchildren, Madison McKleroy, Savannah McKleroy, Jackson Dent and Sealy Dent.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:30 until 10:30 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Heart of GA Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr. Warner Robins, GA 31088 or Alzheimer’s Association of Central GA, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201.
