Mary Jane Sawyer (Rogers) Lovick

Graveside services for Mary Jane “Janie” Sawyer Lovick, 93, of Reynolds, will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Mt. Nebo Cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.  Mrs. Lovick passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019 at her home.  She was a member of Taylor Mill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, John W. Sawyer and Jennings Lovick; son, Johnny Harold Sawyer; numerous brothers and sisters; daughter-in-law, Joyce Sawyer; grandchildren, Brandy N. Sawyer, Johnny Lee Sawyer, James Robert Sawyer; and great-grandson, Jerry Darwin Sawyer.

She is survived by four sons, James Patrick Sawyer (Judy M.) of Butler, John W. Sawyer, Jr. (Nancy) of Reynolds, Elmer Lee Sawyer (Sheere) of Reynolds and Preston Sawyer (Judy A.) of Butler; two sisters, Nita Brake of Wetumpka, AL and Mozelle Alt (Keith) of Crestview, FL; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA  31088.
