Funeral services for William Franklin Bodiford, 83, of Butler will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Bodiford passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at his residence.
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Youngblood Bodiford; wife, Lena Collins Bodiford; brother, E.J. Bodiford; grandson, David Lee Bodiford. and a granddaughter, Samantha Smith
Survivors include one son, David Franklin Bodiford (Shelley) of Reynolds; five daughters, Margaret Lorene Brannen (David) of Montezuma, Bula Marie Smith (Eugene) of Americus, Mary Alice Vaughn (William) of Butler, Sara Marlene Johnson of Vienna and Marilyn Louise McLaughlin of Ocilla, GA; three sisters, Johnnie Peterman of Ft. Valley, Sara Carolyn Holder (Buddy) of California and Alice Yvonne Patrick (Henry) of Reynolds; fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 5 until 7 at the funeral home.
