Mary J. Cleveland

Funeral services for Mary J. Cleveland, 91, of Reynolds will be held Friday, August 18, 2023, at 11:00 at the Reynolds First Baptist Church.  The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 until 11:00 am.   Burial will be private.  Mary passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at The Phoenix in Warner Robins.

She was a member of the Reynolds First Baptist Church and retired from Blue Bird Body Company.  She loved her family and enjoyed gardening and the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Will Palmer and Annie Barker Palmer; two sons, Glenn Smith and Don Smith; a grandson, Ron Smith; daughter-in-law, Linda Montgomery; two brothers, Robert Palmer and Marvis Palmer; and a sister, Bonnie Bailey.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Stormie Smith of Columbus; two great-grandsons, Ben Smith and Glen Smith; a sister-in-law, Ann Palmer of Macon; nieces and nephews, Greg Bailey (Shara), Jon Bailey, Debbie Still, Denise Pace, Dawn Benson (Dustin) and Penny Palmer and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brightmoor Hospice.

McLeighton Funeral Service of Reynolds is in charge of arrangements.
